Within the first 3 months of working together, delivering 3.7x returns on our fee. Additionally we are generating 14% of total ecommerce revenues monthly through email campaigns and email automations (10% from automations and 4% from ad-hoc campaigns). As this is a one-time buy product, these numbers are way above industry benchmarks.
The BIGSOFTI website performs at 3.4% conversion rate. Originally it performed at 2.4% when we built it, but with consistent optimizations, we managed to further improve conversion rates to 3.4% in 2023.
